Every service is charged on per session basis of limited time. Every service has its own fee and and can be paid via UPI, Credit/Debit card. All advance bookings require pre-payment. For spot booking in person, you can either pay online or pay in cash at the counter.

Membership is for a 12 month duration. There are multiple levels of membership available that allows you multiple slots of sessions that you can use without paying anything. Once you become a member, you can invite others to your group and anyone who’s the part of your group can book the slots to avail the free quota. Once you’ve used all your quota, you can still book more slots at a great discount. Oh yes, all members get exclusive membership discount at TopSpinCafe on all bills.
Sure, you can. When buying membership, just ask for your selection of activities that you’d like to use often, and we can switch quota from other activities to your preferred ones.
Sure. TopSpinCafe is open for all and does not require membership. Although, TopSpin Members always get a special discount on final bill.
Just download our official apps, and sign up. You can straight away start making bookings from within the app. You just have to select the date and preferred timeslot you’d like to book. All bookings once done are confirmed.
No. All payments are non-refundable. However, in certain circumstances, we may refund the amount in form of Club Cash, which you can redeem in the app for your next booking.
No. You can only use your Club Cash balance for your own booking only. Alternatively, you may transfer the Club Cash to your friend connected within TopSpin app. Any transfers are subject to your own discretion and nonreversable. TopSpin will not be responsible for any disputes related to Club Cash transfers..
Once you have made the booking, you can go to Bookings detail screen in the mobile app, and can INVITE other players. You may also broadcast your booking as open invitation in the STREAM section, for anyone to show interest. People interested to join you will be able to request you to join, and you will have choice to accept or reject such requests.
TopSpinVR provides an immersive experience and a very engaging experience into Virtual Reality. TopSpinVR can does not require advance booking. Just ask at the front desk, and you will be able to pay the amount for a session and can experience different games and apps. Our VR captain will be there to assist you and ensure you get the best experience including how to interact with the device.
Sure. Our facilities are available throughout the week, and you can walk in anytime provided you have booking or we have availability for amenities that require booking.
Our timings are 7 AM to 12 midnight.
We understand a slight overlap in the timings while you stay active in any form of activity. However to be fair to the next person waiting and ensure our facilities stay accessible, we highly recommend to respect the stipulated timings for your slots. Any advance bookings lapsed for more than 10 minutes or not checked in shall be considered as “No Show” and cannot be rescheduled.

This shall be highly unlikely, unless you are a walkin customer. In such case, you can wait till the table gets empty. If you have made a booking or are a member, you can enter the court and see if any single player requires a partner. In such case, you can join them on the table as a guest.
